Apparently, Jillian can now skate!!

Christmas Jammies!!!

We've had snowmen popping pens, game night at the grandparents, coupons for video game time, Christmas stories read under the tree and tickets to the nutcracker!!!

We aren't giving presents to the kids on Christmas this year, instead we're celebrating slowly all month long!!

It has been great, so far, to get to appreciate each item and event.

And before you call cps, don't worry; Santa will come Christmas morning with a few small surprises of his own ;)

We have a game we play at dinner which involves taking turns discussing various topics in turn.
The question was "which ancestor would you most like to meet?"
There were some very sweet answers all around but Jillian's hit on a special angle. She said she would most like to meet aunt Bette and uncle ted's son.

Day two was the hunt and trimming of THE tree!
Thanks to grandpa, it was lit to perfection!!
