New Mexico

The kids in front of the LBJ Presidential Library. It was an interesting collection, I have a different impression of him now.

When on a stage: Dance!

Our impression of Emperor Penguins. We were getting ready to go in the Carlsbad Caverns, it was much warmer underground!

Jillian learned how to fly.

The rest of our time in Austin was wonderful. Yoga with Suzy, hiking with the Shaws, the LBJ presidential library, chicken and waffles. No, seriously, fried chicken wrapped in a waffle. We wanted to go to the trailer stand Suzy's friend has but our timing was off. Robb settled for ordering some in a restaurant. When in Rome....

We are making our way west. Though it should be getting warmer we've been hitting some cold fronts. One night in Las Cruces it was colder here (low of 18) than back home in Coeur d'Alene! We visited the town that Billy the Kid used to live, now an artsy tourist town.
