The first two parties of our summer visitors have arrived, Beth, Jeff, Cope and Tierney got here on the 2nd and Aunt Bette and Uncle Ted arrived yesterday! It's like a preview of the essence of our upcoming adventure right here at home.
I'm a shadow of the blogger that my sister is, so instead of trying to compete with her obvious prowess I'll leave most of the updates to her: check out Beth's Blog!
Grandpa's big fishing adventure yesterday was a huge success!
Uncle Jeff and Uncle Robb, it's not that you weren't there, it's like the baked beans, it doesn't matter who makes them, Grandpa gets the credit :)

The Newell is progressing, the most dramatic changes, in my humble opinion, have begun; the painting. We brought everyone over for a tour; here are some pics of the current state (there are more if you click on the picture.)
